New ticket

The help­desk allows to report mal­func­tions of devices or soft­ware and to order ser­vices such as repairs, instal­la­ti­ons or device relo­ca­ti­ons direct­ly from the respon­si­ble ser­vice pro­vi­der. In addi­ti­on to the opti­on lis­ted here, tickets can also be crea­ted direct­ly in some reports (e.g. Assets, PAM/Fleet over­view, etc.).
