Recurring Tickets

This func­tion can be used to crea­te tem­pla­tes for fre­quent­ly occur­ring error mes­sa­ges or ser­vice requests. The ticket repor­ter can sel­ect from the­se during ticket crea­ti­on via the “New ticket from recur­ring” func­tion. In addi­ti­on to the defi­ned solu­ti­on, the tem­pla­tes also con­tain the steps and tasks to be executed.
