Users can now be manually linked to an external login (e.g. Entra ID).
Improved navigation and user guidance between cost centres and cost centre areas.
In the system report, the "Active Location" column can now be filtered and sorted.
You can now maintain the collection order type yourself.

A coverage report can now be generated for a fleet, covering a specific period, based on the toner used.
To improve traceability, printer data is now stored for longer.
Following a change to an unknown material, PAM now performs an automatic correction if a consumable can be identified based on the known data.
The escalation message can now also be triggered if a crawler is offline.
The hostname of a printer is now also retrieved from the SNMP data if the printer is not addressed by its hostname.

The contract forms now display the relevant contract number in the header.
Lease certificates and follow-up lease certificates are now easier to distinguish in the shared reports.
The leasing report now also displays the monthly instalments due to date.
The format of the email list for alert recipients is now being validated.

When creating a ticket from an email, the ticket contact is now also set based on the email address to which the reply should be sent.
The correspondence now allows you to switch to the ticket contact if the ticket submitter is not suitable for replying (e.g. noreply).
The formatting of the ticket description is now also applied correctly in emails.
The target date for a ticket is now also visible to customers.
It is now also possible to assign an SLA based on the ticket type (incident, etc.).
The ticket printing function no longer worked if there were images in the description.
If a message containing formatted text is imported, this formatting is also carried over into the description.

The report on settlement rates now displays information on the most recent settlement.

The bulk update of assets may have caused the records to be displayed multiple times.
