Users can now be manu­al­ly lin­ked to an exter­nal log­in (e.g. Entra ID).
Impro­ved navi­ga­ti­on and user gui­dance bet­ween cost cen­tres and cost cent­re areas.
In the sys­tem report, the "Acti­ve Loca­ti­on" column can now be fil­te­red and sorted.
You can now main­tain the coll­ec­tion order type yourself.

A covera­ge report can now be gene­ra­ted for a fleet, cove­ring a spe­ci­fic peri­od, based on the toner used.
To impro­ve tracea­bi­li­ty, prin­ter data is now stored for longer.
Fol­lo­wing a chan­ge to an unknown mate­ri­al, PAM now per­forms an auto­ma­tic cor­rec­tion if a con­su­ma­ble can be iden­ti­fied based on the known data.
The escala­ti­on mes­sa­ge can now also be trig­ge­red if a craw­ler is offline.
The host­na­me of a prin­ter is now also retrie­ved from the SNMP data if the prin­ter is not addres­sed by its hostname.

The con­tract forms now dis­play the rele­vant con­tract num­ber in the header.
Lea­se cer­ti­fi­ca­tes and fol­low-up lea­se cer­ti­fi­ca­tes are now easier to distin­gu­ish in the shared reports.
The lea­sing report now also dis­plays the month­ly inst­al­ments due to date.
The for­mat of the email list for alert reci­pi­ents is now being validated.

When crea­ting a ticket from an email, the ticket cont­act is now also set based on the email address to which the rep­ly should be sent.
The cor­re­spon­dence now allows you to switch to the ticket cont­act if the ticket sub­mit­ter is not sui­ta­ble for rep­ly­ing (e.g. noreply).
The for­mat­ting of the ticket descrip­ti­on is now also appli­ed cor­rect­ly in emails.
The tar­get date for a ticket is now also visi­ble to customers.
It is now also pos­si­ble to assign an SLA based on the ticket type (inci­dent, etc.).
The ticket prin­ting func­tion no lon­ger work­ed if the­re were images in the description.
If a mes­sa­ge con­tai­ning for­mat­ted text is impor­ted, this for­mat­ting is also car­ri­ed over into the description.

The report on sett­le­ment rates now dis­plays infor­ma­ti­on on the most recent settlement.

The bulk update of assets may have cau­sed the records to be dis­play­ed mul­ti­ple times.
