The interface to the Lexmark Cloud now also detects whether a printer is still active or whether it is sending data.
Fixed a bug that was affecting the functionality of the Crawler form when creating a new entry.

Approval processes can now also be used for terminations.
Existing tickets relating to a request can now be viewed directly within the request (requires the Service Module).

The various leasing factors are now clearly labelled.
You can now add notes to a licence agreement.
The forms for licence agreements and framework licence agreements have been brought into line with the other contract forms.
Lease certificates can now also be deleted if only inactive assets are assigned to them.

In addition to workflows, individual tasks can now also be created manually on tickets.
You can now also create a ticket manually for a requirement (requires the Order module).
It is now possible to rename a service catalogue.
Various issues with importing emails as tickets have been resolved.
Fixed a bug that prevented the correct team from being assigned during a service change.

Charging rates that have been used in a fixed settlement can no longer be deleted.
