Artic­les can also be crea­ted and edi­ted using pro­duct groups via the API, which allows the appro­pria­te mate­ri­al to be assigned.
You can now set whe­ther assets are auto­ma­ti­cal­ly cap­tu­red after a docu­ment has been pos­ted, pro­vi­ded that all man­da­to­ry data is available.
You can now also mass assign pass­word poli­ci­es to people.
Inven­to­ry ana­ly­ses have been added for the sub­s­truc­tures of busi­ness are­as and cost centers.
The exter­nal ID of assets is now dis­play­ed. This can also be set manu­al­ly during creation.

MPS con­tracts can now also be bil­led annually.
The cal­cu­la­ti­on of prin­ted pages per day has been improved.
The enti­re ver­si­on histo­ry of craw­lers is now saved.

New grou­ped report for lea­sing assets added. All cos­ts based on the main asset are dis­play­ed and tota­led here.
The cor­re­spon­ding lea­sing cer­ti­fi­ca­tes are now lis­ted in the lea­sing mas­ter agree­ment form.
Ope­ra­ti­on for crea­ting and main­tai­ning fol­low-up lea­sing bills improved.

You can now open an eva­lua­ti­on from a ticket that shows you the sta­tus of con­su­ma­bles in the vici­ni­ty. (Only with PAM)
Ser­vice types for bil­ling working hours, etc. can now also be con­fi­gu­red for the cus­to­mer; the­se then app­ly to all services.
In the ticket, you can now dis­play a war­ning on the asset if it has alre­a­dy been on a ticket within a cer­tain peri­od of time.
The full-text search for tickets has been opti­mi­zed to search for dif­fe­rent combinations.
End users can now can­cel their tickets themselves.
War­nings on assi­gned assets are now also dis­play­ed in the first tab of the ticket.
The cha­rac­ter limit of emails sent via cor­re­spon­dence has been signi­fi­cant­ly increased.
Noti­fi­ca­ti­ons for notes on tickets can now also be sent to free­ly defi­nable e-mail addresses.
You can now con­fi­gu­re pro­po­sed solu­ti­ons to deter­mi­ne whe­ther a detail­ed descrip­ti­on of the solu­ti­on is mandatory.

The ope­ra­ti­on of the self-ser­vice por­tal has been impro­ved if you have not licen­sed the order module.
Main­ten­an­ce of the stan­dard set­tings for OFFICE ASSET has been impro­ved and docu­men­ted in the user interface.
Various trans­la­ti­ons adapt­ed and improved.
Fur­ther impro­ve­ments to the dark the­me (beta).
