With the MS Graph inter­face, addi­tio­nal orga­ni­sa­tio­nal data can now also be synchronised.
The inco­ming inter­face for orders now also sup­ports the cXML format.
When import­ing per­sons, their pre­fer­red cont­act type can now also be set.
The pre­view was not usable in the over­view of sent emails.

The Asset API now pro­vi­des the data age of PAM printers.
Scan con­fi­gu­ra­ti­ons can be fil­led in using exis­ting data.
The SNMP-V3 pass­word is no lon­ger dis­play­ed in the user interface.
The account mana­ger was unable to hand­le cer­tain spe­cial cha­rac­ters in the data­ba­se con­nec­tion password.

Ent­ries may have been writ­ten to the con­tract histo­ry even though the action could not be per­for­med due to an error message.
Fol­lo­wing a vali­da­ti­on error, the form for gene­ra­ting a fol­low-up lea­sing docu­ment was no lon­ger usable.
In the case of licence agree­ments, the infor­ma­ti­on emails were not sent to sys­tem owners.
The dis­play error in the unit for final pay­ments on lea­sing con­tracts has been fixed.

It is now pos­si­ble to manu­al­ly adjust the timestamp of a sta­tus change. 
New eva­lua­ti­on report added for ana­ly­sing sta­tus chan­ges per month.
The event for a chan­ge of edi­tor has been added to the webhooks.
As a sys­tem sup­port­er, you can now view fur­ther details of tickets.
As an end user of the ser­vice modu­le, you can now also add attach­ments to tickets retrospectively.
When chan­ging ser­vices, the cur­rent ser­vice is now also displayed.
The reci­pi­ent of the email is now also dis­play­ed in the over­view of cor­re­spon­dence for a ticket.
You can now assign a default prio­ri­ty to a service.
It was pos­si­ble to use unaut­ho­ri­sed ser­vice types on a ticket via the API.

File uploads can now also be stored in an S3 object store.
Mul­ti­ple demo cli­ents can now be crea­ted on one system.
Various trans­la­ti­ons adapt­ed and ter­mi­no­lo­gy standardised.
Reports can now also be sent on a quar­ter­ly, half-year­ly or annu­al basis.
