Web­hooks can now be set up for all IMAC pro­ces­ses in order to report them to exter­nal systems.
The ope­ra­ti­on for crea­ting e-mail tem­pla­tes for artic­les has been improved.
Fixed bug that an order can­not be trans­fer­red to an invoice if the sup­pli­er has changed.
Fixed incor­rect infor­ma­ti­on when assets are crea­ted from an order item.

The­re is now a report that lists unneces­sa­ry net­work scan are­as, e.g. all prin­ters are ignored.

The licen­se agree­ments have been fun­da­men­tal­ly revi­sed to bet­ter har­mo­ni­ze with mar­ket requi­re­ments and other types of agreements.
Lea­sing con­tracts can now also be mana­ged via the REST API.

When manu­al­ly crea­ting a ticket from an atta­ched e-mail, the descrip­ti­on is now bet­ter formatted.
The histo­ry of the ticket prin­tout has been improved.
Uploads to tickets can now be mark­ed as inter­nal so that they do not appear in the cus­to­mer view.
The per­son over­view now also lists shared sys­tems for easy access.
Fixed a bug that cau­sed the web­hook “ticket.create” not to trig­ger under cer­tain circumstances.
Fixed a docu­men­ta­ti­on error in the REST API. The sta­tus chan­ge for can­ce­ling a ticket was not available.

For bet­ter in-tool docu­men­ta­ti­on, it is now pos­si­ble to store tool­tips for menu items and actions.
The tree navi­ga­ti­on now also offers the opti­on of alig­ning all fol­ders at the top.
Fixed a bug whe­re the totals func­tion was not available in some reports.
