Various Eng­lish trans­la­ti­ons have been adapt­ed and improved.
When import­ing count­ries, the trans­la­ted names are now also added correctly.

The­re is now a new report that cal­cu­la­tes the avera­ge covera­ge of the prin­ters over a sel­ec­ta­ble peri­od of time.
The requi­re­ments for con­su­ma­bles now return the expec­ted run­time depen­ding on the end of the contract.
The mate­ri­al of manu­al crea­ted prin­ters can be changed.
Data pro­ces­sing with the Lex­mark Cloud has been optimized.

Indi­vi­du­al lea­sing assets can now also be exten­ded via a sepa­ra­te fol­low-up agree­ment with dif­fe­rent lea­sing rates.
When the alarm date for con­tracts is rea­ched, the stored cont­act is now auto­ma­ti­cal­ly notified.
Navi­ga­ti­on bet­ween assets and lea­sing agree­ments has been improved.
The over­view of prin­ted pages over a peri­od of time has been opti­mi­zed to make it easier to con­trol the values.
The quick crea­ti­on of a per­son via the alarm set­tings of the con­tracts did not work.

More com­plex work­flows can now be con­fi­gu­red for tickets, which also map various tasks using tickets.
The swap ser­vice can now also swap the assign­ment to the part­ner data of an asset.
The exch­an­ge ser­vice now also exch­an­ges the assets on the main­ten­an­ce groups.
The ticket histo­ry view has been optimized.
Sub­or­di­na­te tickets can now be crea­ted direct­ly within a ticket.
The team name can now be used as an e-mail parameter.
The assign­ment of e-mails to exis­ting tickets has been opti­mi­zed and the hit rate has been improved.
Fixed a bug whe­re it was not pos­si­ble to sel­ect a stan­dard team for a service.
The desti­na­ti­on address was not deter­mi­ned cor­rect­ly when the ticket was crea­ted via the API.

As a part­ner, you can now hand­le the asset cap­tu­re pro­cess for your cli­ents en masse.
The report for an over­view of the seri­al num­bers of con­su­ma­bles is now available for all clients.

All web­hooks now also include the initia­tor in the call.
Fixed a bug whe­re the stored logo was not always dis­play­ed when sel­ec­ting a client.
