Release Notes 11.8
Update available for cloud systems as of December 08, 2025
Manual adjustments may be necessary after the update:
When a loss is reported in the self-service portal, the asset is no longer automatically deleted. The service set under "Asset Reduction Service - Loss" in the client now determines whether or not an asset is automatically deleted after the loss is reported. If automatic deletion is desired, the setting "Automatically delete asset after ticket closure" must be set in the corresponding reduction service.

The incoming supplier interface now supports cXML as a document format for delivery notes and invoices.
The values for the remaining term no longer run into negative numbers in the warranty report.
Bug fixed: When opening an invoice, the delivery or billing addresses may be overwritten with the addresses from the order.

Manual requirements now show whether the next automatic requirement is blocked.
MPS billing is now more reliable when a printer has not printed any pages at the start of billing.

The overview of licence agreements now also displays inactive agreements, i.e. those that have not yet started or have expired.

It is now possible to configure whether an end user can see the current editor of their ticket.
When changing services, all points are now checked to see whether the new service has been approved for the customer.
When changing the status via correspondence, you can now decide whether the system's standard email should be sent.
Emails without a subject line could be sent from a ticket.
The processing of cancelled tickets without a reporter was not possible without errors.

An invoice can be manually distributed across multiple cost centres. Depending on the distribution, the appropriate allocation rates are created directly for the cost centre.
Charging rates can now also be created separately for cost centres.

When devices are decommissioned with loss, the asset is no longer automatically deleted. The setting in the stored service is used for this purpose.
The configuration options for webhooks now take into account the licensed modules.
In the self-service portal, owners of storage areas and deleted systems are no longer displayed as contact persons.
Various spelling mistakes corrected and translations adjusted.
