Depart­ments can now also be mana­ged via the REST API.

For the email list of SLAs a lan­guage sel­ec­tion is now possible.
Bug fixed: Ticket crea­ti­on via API not pos­si­ble as ser­vice recipient.

The app now reports the loca­ti­on to OA, so an over­view of all tech­ni­ci­ans can be crea­ted to faci­li­ta­te dispatching.
